Eligible contestants
Adults 21 years or older are eligible to join the contest. The contestant is required to register on the Globalnetworkelite.com website, must have at least 250 contacts that constitute his or her network, and must build the network on the provided community system. Every contestant has to certify that the rules of the contest are in compliance with the rules of the country he or she lives in. Members of the organizer group, the initiating Sponsor (Xeequa), or networks with explicit content such as pornography communities, racial initiatives, or political parties are excluded from the contest.

Contest Participation
Contest attendees need to register by July 28th 10:00 AM (PDT) and agree to the rules set forth on the registration page and agree with the terms of the contest.

Attendance and Cancelation
Entering the contest is free of charge. Each contestant can cancel his or her attendance at any time.

Content duplication
Duplicating content such as blog posts for multiple communities is not prohibited. Content duplication in one and the same community is prohibited and can result in exclusion of the contest.

Program language
The contest and program language is English only. The content inside the networks and communities may be in the author’s local language.

International exposure
The Global Network Elite™ program is conducted internationally. The promotion is placed in multiple countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Italy, India, Singapore, China, Japan and other countries.

Sponsorship
This event is possible through the help of industry sponsors. However sponsors have no influence and no voting power in the rules and regulations and won’t affect the contest results.

Global Network Elite™ Brand Leverage
All approved contestants are allowed to use the “Global Network Elite™” brand for their own promotional events as an “Official Global Network Elite Contestant.” The confirmed winner may use the brand as “A Winner of the Global Network Elite 2008 Contest.” Other brand usage may be negotiated and require written approval.

Limitation on liability
The attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GNEO, the event facility, the owner of such facility, and the city in which an event is being held, and their respective officers, agents and employees, from and against all bodily and personal injury, loss, claims, or damage to any person or any property arising in any way from the attendee, its employers or employees, agents, licensees, contractors or customers.

Sponsors will be introduced July 29th.
